COMMISSIONS

If you love the idea of custom art made especially for your home then a commission might just be the perfect solution. We will work together to finalize size, style and colors to coordinate and complement your space.

We will meet virtually to discuss the details for your commissioned piece. If you are local to Charlotte, NC, I do offer in-person consultations for a flat one time fee of $50.00. Clients will provide any applicable inspiration material, colors, fabric swatches and photographs of the space as needed and the final work will be my interpretation of the material inspiration provided. Please note I will not copy or edit works by other artists.
A Commission Agreement will be signed in advance by the Client along with a 50% non-refundable deposit once the size, scope, style and price have been agreed upon. A final consultation will be offered prior to the finalization of the work and no more than 2 rounds of edits to the artwork are allowed before completion and delivery. A typical timeline for commissioned works is usually about 12 weeks. Final payment of the balance is due prior to possession of the finished work by the Client.
(Note: If during the creative process the Client rejects the work and all attempts to alter the work to the Client’s approval, then the Client forfeits the initial deposit amount of $429.00 and the commission is terminated.)

Most common size requests and price ranges:
- 24x24 — $500-$600 plus tax
- 24x30 — $550-$650 plus tax
- 36x24 — $600-$700 plus tax
- 36x36 — $900-$1,000 plus tax
- 36x48 — $1000-$1150 plus tax
- 40x30 — $850-$950 plus tax
- 48x48 — $1200-$1300 plus tax
- 48x60 — $1500-$1700 plus tax

Collaborative Commissions

Similar to a commission, a collaboration is an opportunity to work alongside the artist in executing an original work of art. I cannot guarantee a final aesthetic as this is a joint process but I can guarantee a fun and immersive art experience using different media, tools and materials.

A Collaboration Commission Agreement will be signed in advance by the Client along with a 50% non-refundable deposit once the size, scope, and price have been agreed upon. We will schedule a 2-hour timeframe to complete the execution portion of this project and then your piece will be sealed and available for pickup a few days later. One round of edits is offered for collaborative commissions.

Requirements: A fun attitude and clothes that can get messy. These sessions are offered for children ages 5 and up to adult.; There are no returns or refunds. Final payment of the balance is due prior to possession of the finished work by the Client.
Once again, there are no guarantees on the aesthetic of final work as direction, color palette and style is determined by the collaborator and myself. And finally, THERE ARE NO MISTAKES IN ART. This is meant to be a memorable, fun and exciting opportunity to bring out your inner creative - so relax, let go and let us make a beautiful mess together!
